We are looking for an extremely capable engineer who has a strong background in JavaScript development, and who has built high-performance, scalable and extensible systems. In this highly visible position, the successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to define and implement new frameworks and systems that will power Apple web services. As a member of the team, you will be working with bleeding-edge technologies, continuously working with designers on the definition of new products and collaborating on the development and design of new web frameworks. Minimum Qualifications Proven track record in architecting and developing complex web applications in modern JavaScript A belief in testing, automation and tooling as a critical part of the software development lifecycle Ability to lead feature development from conception to production Passion for quality and attention to detail Excellent problem-solving and analytical thinking skills Preferred Qualifications Experience and knowledge of the following technologies: TypeScript, React (Hooks, Context, etc), Webpack, Nx, Yarn, NPM and other NodeJS-based build frameworks Additional experience with Jest, Mocha, Jasmine or other JS-based test frameworks and knowledge of Swagger / Open API or other API definition tools
