In your day-to-day responsibilities, you will adopt a hands-on approach leading a team of professionals across all areas of the Council’s Highways and Transportation functions. Reporting to the Director of Operations, you will be accountable for all service elements, providing clear direction and support to foster a culture of operational excellence. You will champion innovative practices to enhance service delivery and uphold the Council’s reputation, ensuring that our residents are always at the heart of everything we do. Minimum Requirements: Fluency in the English language (as a requirement of Part 7 of the Immigration Act “for the effective performance of a customer-facing role”). Experience in managing Highways and Transportation functions. Ability to lead a team and engage with stakeholders effectively.
