Site Manager - The Company:
Our client is a major builder developer both in the transformation of space and refurbishment projects within the Student accommodation sector. The construction arm self-delivers Student Accommodation projects and has an annual turnover of 50m.
Site Manager - The Role:
A fantastic opportunity for an experienced construction Site Manager to join the construction team on a contract basis to deliver a project in Newcastle.
The project will be a 9m refurbishment/transformation of space project to turn into high-end Student Accommodation.
Site Manager - The Person: You will have a valid SMSTS certificate First Aid Qualified You must have worked for a main contractor Demonstrable experience of delivering construction projects to programme with supervisory experience. Refurbishment experience Experience on jobs up to 5m + Experience in managing sub-contractors and direct workforce High calibre individual who is committed to quality and programme A good team player, someone who wants to be part of a growing business to achieve common goals.
