The nursery opens at 7:30am until 6pm and we are open 52 weeks a year, only closing on bank holidays. We regularly explore the community, offering many extracurricular opportunities for children. Deputy Manager

who is hands-on and highly motivated. They need to be passionate about the amazing world of Early Years and let this passion create a positive impact on the nursery. The candidate should be able to effectively support, lead, and manage a small team of professional workers and always ensure outstanding practice. Requirements: A full and relevant Level 3 qualification in Early Years Two satisfactory relevant references Enhanced DBS Disclosure Relevant skills in working with groups of children aged 0 - 5 years. The relevant skills to support the management of a children’s nursery within the ethos, implementation, and legal requirements of the Early Years Foundation Stage. Personal specification: Excellent communication & leadership skills. Ability to work independently and spontaneously, developing the nursery using your initiative and imagination. Experience of working in a Nursery in a senior role, with leadership and management knowledge and understanding. Possess or be willing to undertake training in First Aid, Child Protection, Safeguarding, Prevent, British Values, SEN, and other subjects as appropriate. An ability to educate and support other team members.
