The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of parking facilities, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining safety standards. This position requires a blend of mechanical knowledge and strong communication skills, as you will be interacting with both customers and team members regularly. Directing and assisting vehicle movements in a logistics depot environment. Health and Safety:
Adopt and implement the procedure directed by the Client or their Health and Safety Consultant. Customer Service:
Meet and greet staff and visitors. Ensure a positive customer experience for all visitors/customers. Assistance:
Assist customers with parking inquiries and provide guidance on parking procedures. Collaborate with team members to maintain an organised and efficient parking environment. Desirable skills/experience: Excellent communication skills Operate with a high level of professionalism First-class approach to delivering a customer-focused service Must speak good English About us: Enigma Security Solutions
