The Offices are modern with close access to walks, shops and restaurants. The Opportunity We are now recruiting for an ICT Support Specialist to be based between our Aberdeen Office and St Fergus Gas Terminal Site (Peterhead) reporting directly to the ICT Support Manager. It is the responsibility of the ICT Support Specialist to ensure that the business is provided with an extremely high level of ICT support & project management services. To maintain high levels of safety, availability and reliability for ICT services, by ensuring the effective and accurate provision of a diverse range of ICT duties, in order to support the px business as a whole in achieving ICT goals and objectives. You’ll be supported with personalised on the job training, coaching, mentoring and twice-yearly development and performance reviews to help maintain & develop your contributions and competence. Minimum Requirements: Degree qualified in relevant ICT subject (or equivalent) Valid UK Drivers License and access to vehicle Previous helpdesk experience Experience in Installation, upgrading & general support of a wide range of software applications. Experience in building, installation & upgrading of hardware. Experience in extensive asset management.
