- Engage in civil and commercial litigation development, tackling complex legal issues with confidence. - Handle landlord and tenant disputes, providing sound legal advice and representation. - Manage land and property actions, ensuring all legal processes are meticulously followed. - Oversee possession claims, working diligently to achieve favourable outcomes. - Conduct debt recovery procedures, utilising your knowledge to secure client interests.

Essential Requirements:

- Demonstrated ability to develop and manage an independent caseload effectively, with unwavering attention to detail and adherence to deadlines. - Proven track record of building strong relationships with both existing and new clients, as well as with professional connections. - Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, to articulate complex legal matters clearly and persuasively. - A proactive attitude towards supporting the department in business development initiatives. - Proficiency in IT, particularly in using a case management system, to streamline case handling and documentation. - Commitment to conducting cases efficiently, in line with the firm’s policies and procedures. - Adherence to Money Laundering regulations and GDPR compliance, ensuring all actions are legally sound and ethically responsible.
