At TFG Brands London, we're looking for an HR Manager to join our team. Business Partnering without retail portfolio, you will be a key member of our HR team. You will be instrumental in shaping the future of our fantastic brands, including Phase Eight, Whistles and Hobbs, and our luxury homewares brand, Inside Story. As our HR Manager focusing, you'll be based across our London offices in Kimber Road (SW18), Eversholt Street (NW1) as well as spending one day per week in store with our retail colleagues. You will be pivotal in the delivery of outstanding support across the UK and ROI, ensuring that our retail teams are equipped, motivated, and aligned with our company values. As HR Manager, you will be responsible for the following: Partner with Retail Teams : Communicate with influence and provide expert HR advice, coaching, and support to our retail teams, helping them navigate a range of people matters. Partner with Leadership : Provide support and insights to leaders to support decisions on store openings, closures, headcount planning, and payroll discussions. Drive Employee Engagement : Foster a positive culture and ensure our values shine through in everything we do. Lead Learning & Development : Identify and address training needs, and design an impactful L&D calendar. Stay Ahead of Legislation : Keep us compliant with the latest UK employment laws and update our policies as needed. Enhance Processes : Collaborate on retail-specific projects and refine our HR processes to boost efficiency. Manage Pay Processes : Oversee payroll and salary reviews, ensuring accuracy and compliance. About You

To be successful in the role as HR Manager, you will be an exceptional communicator adept at building relationships with stakeholders. You understand the challenges and opportunities across the retail landscape and have the ability to support your stakeholders in navigating organisational change. You will thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing and prioritising your workload to meet sometimes conflicting deadlines. You're commercially savvy and a valued partner, providing data and insights to support strategic decision making. Skills and Achievements Required HR Experience in a multi-site retail setting. Knowledge of UK and ROI employment laws and regulations, including recent changes and their implications for HR. Ability to manage and lead through organisational change, including store openings, closures, and restructuring. Strong skills in handling complex employee relations issues, including grievance procedures, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution. Experience using a HRIS system. Sense of urgency for goal achievement, varied activities, simultaneous projects, multi-tasking and fast-paced environments.
