Growth Director

to drive the agency’s growth strategy. This is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic team delivering exceptional, performance-led events and experiences for Ultra-High-Net-Worth Individuals (UHNWIs) and brands. Why Consider This Role? The Role: Growth Director As Growth Director, you will lead the charge in driving the company’s growth strategy. Your role will focus on identifying new opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and developing strong, lasting relationships with clients at the highest level. Key Responsibilities Strategic Development : Design and implement growth strategies to expand the company’s market presence. Client Relationships : Cultivate and maintain exceptional relationships with UHNW clients and luxury brands, delivering unparalleled service. Revenue Growth : Present the company’s offerings with impact, negotiate high-value deals, and drive revenue. Market Insight : Stay informed about industry trends and competitors to guide decision-making. Team Collaboration : Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of projects and share market insights. What We’re Looking For Extensive experience in senior sales or business development, ideally within events, luxury, or immersive markets. Expertise in managing UHNW clients with an outstanding contact network and delivering outstanding customer experiences. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. A proven track record of driving growth and closing high-value deals. A passion for creating extraordinary, memorable experiences. Preferred: Background in immersive experiences, the arts, or luxury travel but not essential.
