Reporting to, and close liaison with, the ADHD Clinical Lead & Prescribing Lead. Supervision and line management of up to 8 assessors/prescribers. Managing and supporting clinicians with report writing standards. Conducting 1 clinical assessment session per week or managing a small prescribing case load. Ensuring reports are QCd efficiently and in a timely fashion. Conducting clinical inductions of new starters (fortnightly). Interviewing new candidates. Personal development, training, and meetings. Line management responsibilities. Coordinating team meetings and agendas. Acting as a safeguarding point of contact. Responsible for ensuring clinical values/consistency across the ADHD service. Handling ad hoc queries and support. Requirements: Must hold Enhanced DBS. Right to Work in the UK. A UK address from which to work.
