Predominately, our work is in the film and TV production sector where we are fortunate enough to work with high profile clients. We are seeking a confident, reliable, detail-oriented individual to join our team. The Assistant Project Manager will support our Project Managers and the wider project team in organizing, implementing, and maintaining project activities. This role requires a proactive, organized individual who can manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. The Candidate’s roles & responsibilities will include: Assist project managers in the preparation and coordination of project documentation, including contracts, proposals, and project schedules. Maintain and update project tracking tools, databases, and records. Schedule and coordinate meetings, site visits, and project timelines. Communicate effectively with subcontractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of project components. Support the project team in the procurement of materials and equipment. Handle administrative duties for active projects. Assist in ensuring compliance with all safety, quality, and regulatory requirements. Provide regular project updates and status reports to project managers and clients. Assist with financial tasks, including tracking project budgets, processing invoices, and preparing financial reports. Essential criteria: Electrically biased background Knowledge of MEP systems and construction Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in MS Office and project management software. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Full UK Driving licence. Preferable criteria: Basic understanding of using AutoCAD.
