They are seeking an all-round Project Manager/Building Surveyor/FM Manager. You will be able to conduct dilapidations, oversee contractors for refits, and possess an upbeat, positive, "glass half full" attitude.
Working from home, ideally in and around Chelmsford, you will be able to cover the region within your patch. Experience in office refurbishments is attractive, but retail or similar experience will also be considered.
