About Our Client I have partnered with a market leading corporate services business who are looking to recruit a Business Analyst to join their team as they roll out some very exciting projects.

This is a permanent role, with mainly remote working (will be required to attend the office 3 out of 4 Wednesdays per month), based in Chester. Job Description Act as a liaison between business stakeholders, project teams, and technical teams to ensure everyone is aligned on requirements and expectations. Facilitate discussions to resolve conflicts and clarify requirements. Map out the as-is and to-be business processes. Manage and document changes to requirements throughout the project lifecycle. Prioritize requirements based on business needs, resource availability, and project constraints. Assist in developing test plans and test cases to ensure the system meets business requirements. Support the creation and delivery of training materials for end-users. Provide ongoing support post-implementation, helping users adapt to the new system and addressing any issues. The Successful Applicant Experience working within the financial services sector - ideally medium-sized companies. Experienced in understanding and mapping as-is and to-be business processes. Strong ability to elicit and constructively challenge requirements. Experience working with administrative back office functions / understanding operational flows. Comfortable working remotely with stakeholders in different countries / time zones. Experience of workflow systems and principles. Experience working closely with technical system administration and solution design roles. Comfortable planning and managing own time. Experience in identifying and engaging with key stakeholders with limited guidance and building trust relationships. Confident presenting to senior stakeholders and receiving constructive challenge. More of a traditional BA ways of working including a logical and flexible approach to work where standard processes and templates may not be fully formed.
