As Finance Business Partner, you will provide expert financial support and guidance to a key Business Line within the organisation. Partnering closely with senior leaders, you will play a vital role in driving strategic initiatives, promoting growth and ensuring strong financial performance. Key Responsibilities
Lead financial planning and analysis, delivering insights on performance and P&L trends. Manage annual budgets, variance analysis, forecasts, and Board reporting. Support strategic initiatives, including business plans, pricing bids, and profitability assessments. Prepare monthly performance reports, highlighting key drivers and opportunities. Ensure accurate month end close processes and compliance with company policies. Build transparency and accountability through robust financial frameworks. What We’re Looking For
ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified or equivalent. Significant experience in business partnering, FP&A or commercial finance. Strong accounting knowledge and analytical problem solving skills. Experience supporting growing organisations and bridging the gap between Finance and Operations. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and convey complex information.
