We are seeking an energetic and results-oriented Customer Development and Retention Manager to join and lead our Inside Sales team located in Dereham, Norfolk. You should bring a strong track record in sales management, a proven leadership style, and the motivational skills necessary to inspire others, all while demonstrating a genuine passion for driving and achieving sales growth. As a motivating leader, you will take charge of crafting and executing sales strategies, overseeing the team, and achieving our sales objectives. Purpose of the role: Foster a thriving culture aimed at success by prioritising our customers in every decision we make, ensuring we maximise the lifetime value of Zip Water customers while minimising churn. Your role will involve crafting a smooth and enjoyable journey throughout the customer lifecycle. You'll be responsible for developing customer engagement strategies, implementing retention initiatives, and nurturing relationships that lead to tangible results in customer satisfaction, retention rates, and revenue growth. Key Responsibilities:

Inspire, guide, and energise the team to not just meet but surpass sales goals. Craft and implement powerful sales strategies and streamlined processes. Eagerly track and evaluate sales performance data to pinpoint opportunities for enhancement. Deliver ongoing coaching and training sessions for the inside sales team. Partner with channel managers, field sales team members, marketing, and product teams to ensure cohesive sales initiatives. Oversee the sales pipeline and provide accurate sales forecasts. Foster and sustain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders. Compile and present insightful sales reports to senior management. Devise and execute effective customer retention strategies to minimise churn and bolster customer loyalty. Benefits:
