Based in Wellingborough, my client is a successful UK based Multidisciplinary Engineering Consultancy which specialises in Civil and Structural Engineering. We’re seeking a talented Civil Engineer to join their busy team and have the opportunity to participate in residential, commercial, industrial, education, leisure, retail and health sector projects. As well as specialising in major development projects ranging from highways, bridges, Drainage Infrastructure.
It is essential for this Civil Engineer to have a professional and commercial viewpoint through having the following:
A minimum of 3 years industry experience in appropriate Civil Engineering design
Either chartered with the ICE or working towards chartership
Experience or interest in CDM regulations and health and safety in construction
Understanding of AutoCAD/Revit/Microsoft Office Word or Excel, etc
Duties and responsibilities for this Civil Engineer include:
Work on civils and infrastructure led projects
Exposure to CDM regulations & Building Safety Act and contribute to the development of H&S and CDM documentation
Utilizing design-based software systems for new infrastructure solutions
Providing innovative solutions in external works
