Calling all qualified Nursery Practitioners, we have a great opportunity for you in our Preschool working with children ages 3+ years. We are recruiting for experienced Nursery Practitioners that hold a full and relevant qualification in Early Years, both Level 2 and Level 3, at our nursery setting in Middleton, Tamworth B78 2AW. This position is a full-time position, from Monday to Friday working 41.25 hours per week. Our Middleton, Tamworth nursery is the first nursery in our small chain of nurseries and is a unique and exciting setting for Early Years Practitioners to thrive in! We boast beautiful and unique learning environments that are 'one of a kind' for both children and practitioners. You will be responsible for:

Support children's development with planning activities, providing observations, planning and termly assessments for your group of key children. (We are very 21st century with our practice and ensure practitioners' workload is kept minimal) Making sure your environment is friendly, welcoming, and homely for children to play and thrive within. Implement and follow a daily structured routine for children and practitioners alike to make your day as smooth running and enjoyable as possible for all. Provide a high level of care to children. Contribute and support your peers by ensuring you are a team player and a great communicator. A strong understanding of the EYFS, Early Learning Goals and Curriculum. Ensure you have a fantastic range of natural resources and engaging activities available to children in your room. (We take pride in our nursery and have a very generous monthly budget to be spent throughout the nursery, to ensure children and staff do not go without!) Build an unforgettable relationship with parents and children through parent partnership events and opportunities. Safeguarding children and following company policies and procedures.
