This scheme is a mixture of responsive repairs, E.W.I and kitchen and bathroom schemes. The Client Our client is an award winning sub contractor who specialises in regeneration projects and operates around the West Yorkshire area. The Role Main duties are skirtings, hanging doors, architraves, Installing Kitchens, plaster-patching, Tiling 3 courses above the worktops and touching up paint work. The total hours are 40 per week, 8am - 4:30pm with a 30 minute break - Monday to Friday. This contract is for 12 months work with potential to go permanent after 16 weeks of working for the contractor. Street Parking Work with a reputable social housing contractor who work on various schemes within the South Yorkshire area Regular work on a week-to-week basis, Monday to Friday. Requirements Previous experience as a Multi-skilled Joiner Social housing experience Own Tools Valid CSCS Card Own Transport You must be able to provide 2 x check able references if you haven't worked with Fawkes & Reece before.
