Role Overview As a Junior Product Manager, you will play a crucial role in implementing our product portfolio strategy and managing product lines throughout their lifecycle. You will collaborate with various teams to translate market insights and research into effective product strategies and initiatives. Key Responsibilities Market Research: Analyse market trends, competitor products, and activities to provide insights that shape our product development. Product Lifecycle Management: Oversee the lifecycle of 3rd party product ranges and Blatchford’s in-house product lines. Collaboration: Work with the Product Manager to manage product kits, catalogues, and e-commerce platforms. Strategic Support: Assist the Product Manager and Marketing team in implementing strategies, developing business cases, and supporting product launches and marketing activities. What We’re Looking For Ideal Candidate Profile: Early Career Professional: Eager to develop skills in product management, particularly for physical products such as medical devices. Detail-Oriented: Meticulous with a keen eye for quality and precision. Team Player: Comfortable working with and fitting into multiple teams across the organisation. Analytical Skills: Commercially astute with good financial and data analysis capabilities. Multitasking: Proven ability to manage multiple high-priority tasks simultaneously.
