Develop and implement individualised care plans in collaboration with healthcare teams. Monitor and assess patients' conditions, documenting changes accurately. Maintain knowledge of anatomy to effectively address medical needs. Ensure compliance with NMC regulations and standards. Hold a valid driving licence to facilitate patient transport when necessary.
