We specialise in manufacturing high-quality fire doorsets, screens and joinery products, providing a bespoke service to meet client needs. We are looking for a skilled and reliable paint sprayer to work in our joinery shop. Job Overview We are seeking a skilled paint sprayer to join our workshop team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in spraying and the ability to work with various hand and power tools. This role requires attention to detail to provide high quality finishing to fire doorsets, screens and joinery items. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring high-quality finishes on a variety of surfaces while adhering to safety standards and protocols. Responsibilities Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and filling holes or imperfections. Apply paint, varnish, or other finishes using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment. Mix and match paint colours to achieve desired results. Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively. Fabricate components as required for specific projects. Conduct routine maintenance on tools and equipment to ensure optimal performance. Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time while maintaining quality standards. Follow all health and safety regulations in the workplace. Experience Proven experience as a Joinery Sprayer is preferred. Proficiency in using airless spray systems, hand tools and power tools relevant to painting tasks. Basic maths skills for measuring areas and calculating paint quantities. Mechanical knowledge is advantageous for understanding equipment operation. Experience in a workshop environment is beneficial but not essential.
