Key Responsibilities: Build product as required by Manager/Team Lead Maintain a good standard of build with a “correct first time” attitude Ensure familiarity (after training) of all processes Perform all operations according to prescribed safety, health and environmental (SHE) principles. Identify and highlight any delays or issues to Line Manager and assist with resolution. Maintain 5S and Visual workplace principles. Lead by example in work ethic, attitude and conformity to policies. Core Competencies: Managing Time & Priorities as laid down by the Line Manager Working in Teams or individually with minimum supervision Understanding of basic AC/DC wiring Ability to read and understand wiring schematics Working knowledge of workplace health and safety Job Types:
