Land Manager , you’ll play a key role in our Land Team, driving the acquisition of land opportunities and contributing to the development of vibrant communities. Your responsibilities will include: Actively sourcing and evaluating land opportunities via enquiries, searches, and direct approaches. Negotiating, assessing development potential, and overseeing site feasibility. Preparing and submitting Land Purchase Approval Packs for board consideration. Attending Land Team meetings and keeping the wider business informed of acquisition progress. Preparing and sharing New Site briefing notes with colleagues. What You’ll Need We’re looking for passionate, ambitious individuals who align with our values of Quality, Respect, Integrity, Innovation, and Sustainability. Specifically, you will bring: Proven experience in land acquisition with a private developer. Strong IT and organisational skills. A solid understanding of the planning system and regional property markets.
