Our client is seeking AHU Commissioning Engineers to support the regional client portfolio including technical and engineering needs. They are a successful HVAC company that owns 3 different manufacturers and operates across 65 countries and has been in operation for over 100 years.
They are looking for an AHU Commissioning Engineer to join their team due to expansion across the UK. The engineer will travel in and around London carrying out technical support, commissioning, and diagnostic work across a wide variety of contracts that range from banks, insurance companies, data centres, and gyms.
Duties include:
Technical support, commissioning, and diagnostic work on AHU and Controls systems.
Providing technical support to clients and fellow engineers.
Ensuring all Health and Safety obligations are met and coordinated with the project delivery team.
Coordinating with the project delivery management team and liaising with planners.
Ensuring sites are maintained in a clean manner at all times.
Producing, managing, and maintaining critical spares lists.
AHU Commissioning Engineer Position Requirements: Understanding of HVAC / AHU equipment Understanding of BACnet, Modbus, HVAC control software City and Guilds 2079 City and Guilds/NVQ 2 in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Full UK Driving Licence Be able to pass or hold a DBS and security clearance
AHU Commissioning Engineer Position Remuneration: Salary: £45-55k based on experience 50-hour contract, 10 hours is paid travel and 40-hour site time Additionally, travel outside the 50 hours is paid at 1.5 Overtime: 1.5x Mon-Sat, 2x Sun/Bank Holidays Company van - personal use to be discussed 25 days holiday plus bank holidays - option to purchase up to 5 more days Call out 1-7 with £150 standby, overtime, and travel pay Pension (5% EE, 4% ER) Medicash - Discount on Health and Fitness Enhanced Paternity and Maternity pay Employee Cash rewards - Long service and yearly awards Bennett and Game Recruitment are a multi-disciplined technical recruitment agency based in Chichester, West Sussex operating across the UK with specialist teams covering a range of industries.
