Solar Site Manager

£(phone number removed) + benefits A global renewable EPC is recruiting for a site manager to oversee the delivery of a 50 MW solar farm. You must have previous experience in a similar role working on a UK solar farm. Responsibilities: Supervise and assess site engineering progress. Act as the primary liaison between contractors and clients. Manage subcontractors on-site, ensuring project goals are met. Monitor daily activities, including safety, contract compliance, and environmental standards. Maintain thorough site documentation, including daily logs and photographic records. Attend progress meetings and compile project snagging lists. We're looking for someone with: SMSTS & additional construction qualifications. Civil, Mechanical or Electrical qualifications. Minimum of 5 years of experience in solar construction management. HSE qualifications. Proven ability to manage contractors in the energy sector. Demonstrated problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail. Proficiency in MS Word and Excel. Flexible, proactive approach with excellent organisational abilities.
