– Data & Analytics Market Maker Roles and Responsibilities: Carry growth targets for Data & Analytics business. Put and drive growth strategy for mid-term to long-term goals. Work with the sales team in generating and realizing the pipeline Revenue Growth Target in the respective Region, Lead the efforts in the allocated market for opportunity conversions. Will be a Single Point of Contact locally for all rain makers, IBU head’s / SBU head to represent D&A competency for all sales and presales activities in the nominated region. Engaging with Rain makers and customers in SBU for selling D&A solutions / IP / Use case. Should be knowledgeable about the customer environment and competition landscape in the chosen field and benchmarking of our solution to the competition to adapt to customer requirements. Build a strong pipeline of opportunities with existing clients and new prospects for D&A offerings of Tech Mahindra. Develop and win the opportunities (with strong focus on large deals) by collaborating with a wider team of Presales, Delivery and Transformation Leaders from withing the Competency and the SBU. Drive engagement with clients at appropriate levels (from working level till CXOs) Required Skills: Strong technical knowledge and Background on Data & Analytics. Work Experience in a Global SI Similar to Tech Mahindra is required. Leadership experience Selling large Data transformation projects for a large, global, complex technology-based organization. BFSI work experience is preferred. Salary range: GBP 120K- 150K GBP/annum Fixed.
