Programme Manager

This is an interim maternity cover of 3-6 months with a view to extend for the right candidate. Location:

London, UK (Remote-first with occasional travel to London required)

Responsibilities: Maintain and update Programme integrated planner based on the updates from workstreams on a weekly basis Provide guidance to workstreams on Status Reporting/ RAID log maintenance etc based on the Programme Playbook Prepare Status Update deck for weekly updates to Exec, collating information from workstreams and ensuring key areas are highlighted Manage delivery of scope for various workstreams with work stream owner Support workstreams in issue resolution, escalations and management of deliverables including identifying interdependencies and risk mitigation strategies Liaise with external parties to ensure delivery of scope What we’re looking for: Experienced program manager with ability to step in and continue smooth running of the project from day one Excellent communication skills and ability to lead cross functionally across a range of stakeholders Ability to operate at Exec level Strong understanding of end to end operational processes across a software business (customer journey, employee journey, vendor onboarding and management) Experience with product migrations/ customer migration is a plus Experience with digital transformation projects is a plus Experience of a carve out is a plus Recently listed as a "RegTech Top Performer" in Market Fintech's RegTech Supplier Performance Report, CUBE is pioneering the development of machine automated compliance.
