Experienced Recruitment Consultant
based in or around
Horsham, West Sussex
to focus on the recruitment of financial traders on the sell-side for prestigious finance and investment management firms across Europe and the US. You’ll be working directly with the London Managing Director. Tardis Group, headquartered in Sydney, Australia, is a globally renowned recruitment firm with a presence in seven international offices. Key Responsibilities: Utilize job boards and social media platforms like LinkedIn to attract a diverse pool of candidates Conduct market research to stay current on industry trends, job opportunities, and company intel Source, qualify, and conduct interviews ensuring technical and cultural fit for all client requirements Ensure seamless functioning and maintenance of recruitment systems and databases Identify clients and recruitment opportunities Verify data accuracy, organize records, and uphold data integrity standards Who Are You? Must have a minimum of 2-4 years of experience in 360 recruitment , ideally in the financial industry focused on sell-side clients A strong communicator with exceptional organizational skills Innovative, curious, and highly motivated with a goal-oriented mindset What We Offer: A healthy environment where passionate and successful professionals work.
