Procurement Executive Based in Crawley
Salary: £30,000 per annum

An opportunity has arisen for a bright, conscientious individual to join our Procurement team, delivering first-class administrative and support services to our customers and internal consultants. You will be central to our school-to-school sales process from dealing with business as usual requests and purchasing of products as well as gaining quotations for our account managers and developing day-to-day relationships with our suppliers.
Based in Crawley and reporting to the Procurement Manager, our ideal candidate needs to be a good communicator, provide great customer service, and have excellent attention to detail. The candidate will need good IT knowledge with the ability to use different systems - particularly our CRM (training will be provided) to ensure that quotes/orders are converted effectively to sales orders, products are ordered on time, and the customer is kept informed throughout.
