Construction Project Manager (Retail)
£45,000 - £55,000 + Hybrid + Flexible Hours + Company Bonus + Progression + Training + Company Benefits

Are you a Construction Project Manager or similar from a retail background looking for a role providing the autonomy to oversee dynamic projects from the pre-construction phase through to completion within a well-established consultancy? This company prides itself on the ongoing development of staff, offering progression right through to directorship. This well-established consultancy works in numerous sectors, primarily retail, and has a presence across the UK with several offices nationwide. They have continually grown in recent years to a point where they now have a turnover of over £12 million and are looking to expand the team at their Milton Keynes office to keep up with an ever-increasing workload.
In this varied role, you will be responsible for seeing projects from inception through to completion, primarily within the retail sector (70%). You will play a key role in the pre-construction phase and will also be responsible for liaising with clients, other departments, and key stakeholders. This is a hybrid role with some site visitation nationwide and occasional overnight stays. The Role: Lead varied projects primarily within the retail sector Work within the PM team, and liaise closely with the cost management team, stakeholders, and clients Manage the pre-construction phase Ensure delivery on time and within budget Flexible and hybrid working available The Person: Project Manager or similar Construction / Pre-Construction / Retail background Full Driving Licence - willing to travel Reference number: BBBH17250
