The Role We are currently seeking a motivated Field Service Technician to join our team at Culligan UK Limited. This position involves working primarily in the designated service area to ensure the highest quality service to our customers. The ideal candidate will be proactive, possess strong technical skills, and demonstrate a commitment to customer satisfaction. Hours of Work:

Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM Key Responsibilities: Conducting site surveys, installations, repairs, services, exchanges, and collections of water cooler systems. Ensuring all equipment is operational and meets customer needs. Managing and accurately tracking stock and inventory on the service vehicle. Adhering to a tight daily schedule to maximize efficiency and service delivery. Weekly visits to the designated Service Centre to replenish parts and supplies. Minimum Requirements: Full and valid driving license with a maximum of 6 points, preferably with no serious driving offenses. Minimum 3 years of driving experience. Technical experience or knowledge in plumbing, electrical systems, or equipment repair. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to diagnose technical issues effectively. Excellent communication and customer service skills to build rapport with clients.
