Community Occupational Therapist Surrey ASAP - £27-£30ph
Hunter AHP have an exciting opportunity for an experienced community occupational therapist to secure an ongoing contract within a private rehabilitation team in Surrey.
You will work as part of a wider highly experienced multi-disciplinary therapy team which includes physiotherapists, nurses, and other assistants.

Responsibilities:
Provide occupational therapy services to clients in the community.
Collaborate with the multi-disciplinary team to develop and implement care plans.
Conduct assessments and evaluations of clients' needs.
Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
