This school has a Therapy Department, consisting of Speech and Language Therapists and Occupational Therapists, ideal for an aspiring Speech and Language Therapist. This Graduate Opportunity Aspiring Psychologist role is an excellent opportunity to work closely and network with other teams of professionals, gaining relevant experience, expanding your knowledge and skillset. This role will give you essential experience within a challenging yet rewarding setting - career progression routes include SEN Teacher, Speech and Language Therapist, Occupational Therapist and various Child Psychology routes. Job Role and Responsibilities: Graduate Opportunity Aspiring Psychologist - Woking - Education and Training Assist the class teacher in providing the learning experience of students Provide behaviour and pastoral support Build robust and effective relationships with students Adopt a practical approach to meet the individual needs of students Demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills Be caring, compassionate, and a good listener Work 1:1 and in small groups with students Ensure the safeguarding of students Attend staff meetings and complete appropriate CPD Start date ASAP, with trial days taking place to ensure the role and school is right for you. Excellent on-site training, support, and CPD is provided to ensure the safeguarding of all students. The pay is £85-90 per day, Monday to Friday, 08:30 to 15:30, PAYE, term time only. No previous experience is required. If you have a Psychology, Criminology, or Social Science degree, it's an excellent use of your degree. You MUST have the right to work in the UK in order to apply - no Visa sponsorship.
