Our client, a manufacturing business based in Northamptonshire, is looking for an IT Support Engineer to join their team. You will sit in the business to support on 1st & 2nd Line issues, while liaising with a 3rd party service as an escalation point for any more complex problems. Key Experience: Circa 2 years hands-on experience with the O365 package and Microsoft tools (Azure Active Directory, InTune, Autopilot etc.). Understanding of Networking protocols to an intermediate level (TCP/IP etc.). Basic server management experience. Key Skills: Personable and welcoming. Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical business stakeholders. Great time-keeping and organisation to manage multiple tasks concurrently.
