to join our rapidly growing company and NEW in-house training hub, delivering accredited qualifications. This is a NEW project, and you will play a crucial part in developing and reviewing our robust Early Years Apprenticeship Training Programme including writing training material, assessment criteria and getting us set up and approved with Ofqual and Ofsted while ensuring our values and expectations of the awarding bodies are met. Our Head Office is in Wedmore and our settings are based in Somerset, North Somerset and the Midlands, therefore you would be expected to travel between Taunton and Birmingham. Key Responsibilities: Oversee a caseload of learners, providing high-quality training, coaching, mentoring, and assessment to ensure timely achievement of their qualifications. Develop individual learning plans tailored to the unique needs of each learner. Design and deliver engaging training sessions in both online environments and classrooms. Collaborate with the Head of Training and Nursery Managers to ensure effective enrolment and ongoing support for our learners. Carry out observations and assessments at nursery locations, promoting best practices and adhering to the company’s high standards. Who Are We Looking For? A warm, caring, and approachable individual with: A Level 3 Certificate in Assessing Vocational Achievement (CAVA) A Level 3 qualification in Education and Training (AET, PTLLS) A Level 4 Internal Quality Assurance qualification (IQA) A minimum Level 5 qualification in Early Years Excellent communication skills, able to engage effectively with learners recognising and attuning into different learning styles. Extensive knowledge of the Early Years sector, including EYFS and Ofsted guidelines, with at least 2 years of experience working with a Training Provider What You’ll Gain: The opportunity to directly impact the lives of future Early Years practitioners.
