Technical Administrator

to join the team in

West Bromwich .

The hours of work and shift patterns are: Monday - Friday 8am - 4:30 pm (40 hours)

The rates of pay are: £14.38

Main Responsibilities: The

Technical Administrator

will be responsible for:

Provide support for export certification process, product chain of custody/traceability system and participation in factory-based tasks providing support to site-based technical teams as required.

Ensure procedures and policies are correctly implemented to meet regulatory, 2SFG, 2nd and 3rd party requirements & standards.

Participate in audits: Internal Audit, schedule QMS, Cleaning Standards, Practical Factory Standards and Fabrication Audits to monitor compliance with 2SFG, 2nd and 3rd party requirements & standards. Ensure that non-conformances are included in the Corrective & Preventive Action System, assigned to appropriate site personnel, and verify completion.

Maintain the Non-Conforming Product Log. Ensure that all issues are logged, categorised, and investigated, and that approvals and disposals are recorded, trended and reported.

Monitor and review stock status in cold stores (availability and suitability) liaising with relevant departments to ensure onward transition of finished products.

Ideal Candidate:

Skills required:

Demonstrate flexibility in working hours to meet deadlines or production requirements.

Good communication skills and attention to detail, able to influence internally and externally.

Excellent written and spoken English.

Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications.

Ability to communicate professionally at all levels from customer technical representatives to manufacturing site personnel and consumers.

Able to prioritise & organise own workload and work to time deadlines.

Self-motivated and highly resilient.

Ability to problem solve and influence in a fast-paced environment with sometimes conflicting priorities.
