We are currently recruiting for a Care Assistant (Days) Part Time / Lates to professionally and thoughtfully deliver care during any span of duty, ensuring that a safe, effective, and efficient care service is maintained which meets the needs of our residents. To provide care to residents in accordance with their individually assessed needs to a high standard. You must have the following qualifications:
Care Certificate NVQ qualification is preferred but not essential We are looking for someone with the following experience:
Experience of working with older people Knowledge and use of assessment tools Understanding of care planning processes Use of Electronic Care Planning We are looking for someone with the following technical skills:
IT literate Good organisational skills Good communication skills both written and verbal Ability to contribute to, monitor, and implement changes that improve service delivery and outcomes for residents The ideal candidate will have these personal qualities:
