Experienced Machine Operators required for a leading manufacturing company based in the Slough area with experience in operating Lamination Machines.

3 rotating shifts Mon-Fri 05:45 - 14:15, 13:45 - 22:15, 21:45 - 06:15 OR Mon - Wed - 18.00 - 06.00, Monday - Thursday 06.00 - 18.00, depending on the business need. Role and Responsibilities: Operating all machinery in an efficient and safe manner. Running and maintaining the production of
extrusion and coating lamination , including printing, ensuring all safety and quality procedures are followed whilst remaining on track with the production plan. Professional set-up, operation, and monitoring of the
laminating machine
for the production of multi-layer composites. Maintenance and cleaning of the laminating machine. Slitting material produced from the laminators and extrusion machines into tapes as per the customer requirement, following strict quality procedures. Support and help in the cross-training of other team members. Preparation of all materials for laminating application and control. Ensuring that all company-driven SOPs and instructions are followed.
