An exciting opportunity awaits a part-time Veterinary Surgeon at a well-equipped practice in the beautiful Lincolnshire countryside. This role is perfect for a veterinary professional seeking a position that complements a busy home life or someone ready to step away from full-time employment. Offering a friendly, first opinion service for small animals, the practice is dedicated to providing top-notch care with the aid of modern facilities, including orthopaedics, diagnostics, and an in-house laboratory.

The practice is led by an experienced practice manager and head nurse, supported by a client care assistant, creating a supportive and collaborative environment. Initially, the role involves sole charge responsibilities, providing an excellent opportunity to shape clinical services, with future plans for team expansion.

As a Veterinary Surgeon, you will deliver outstanding clinical care, ensuring each patient receives tailored treatment and clear communication with their owners. Your role will also involve mentoring the team, promoting best practices, and fostering a positive clinical culture. The ideal candidate will be RCVS registered, experienced in both patient and client care, and skilled in leading and developing a team.

The Rota: Part-time role 3 day week No weekends currently Open to flexible rota patterns
