£41,000 Overview:
Production planer will report to the Production Planning Manager and work closely with our Aircraft Maintenance Technicians and Check Managers to prepare and administer the relevant work packs and schedules for each aircraft that arrives for maintenance. Responsible to produce effective planned staged tasks cards to allow effective certification of part completed or completed tasks to meet all Part 145 maintenance regulatory requirements.
The day-to-day duties will include but not be limited to: Supporting the Check Manager to arrange tasks and build an effective Aircraft Project Plan. Generating progress reports. Amending booked hours for aircraft maintenance and noticing errors. Plan aircraft docking and racking requirements. Build the Project Plan Chart. Feedback variations between planned and produced man hours to Estimators. Appropriate closure of any relevant audit findings. The successful applicant will have the following skills, knowledge and experience: Previous Aviation background and Part 145 awareness Be highly organised and able to manage a changeable workload and priorities. Be driven and enthusiastic, a great team player. Be IT literate and competent in using MS Office.
