The post holder will key-work a caseload which will involve ongoing assessment, formulation, care planning, risk assessments, completing reviews and offering tailored interventions to help improve wellbeing/outcomes for the individual and their families, signposting to other agencies where necessary. Excellent communication, report writing, and assessment skills are essential for this post. Applicants should have the appropriate qualifications, a comprehensive working knowledge of mental health disorders and of the Mental Health Act.
