Your new company A thriving business based in West Newcastle that has gone through massive growth and change, is now looking to expand its team and is looking to recruit a Part-Qualified Assistant Management Accountant to work with the Management Accountants, FP&A and wider finance department to prepare the monthly Management Accounts.

Your new role As the Assistant Management Accountant, you will be responsible for using a range of financial data to work as a team to generate the monthly/quarterly revenue management accounts for the organisation, variance analysis at month-end and completion of reconciliations. You will prepare weekly gross profit projections and carry out regular analysis of monthly and yearly revenue against budget. Along with preparing financial reports and assisting and supporting the annual financial audit and external audits.

You will also be required to make continuous improvements to the processes, controls and quality of data and collaborate with other teams within and beyond the Finance department to improve processes and maximise client service.

What you'll need to succeed You will have experience of working in Financial Services, Banking or Practice and be studying for CIMA/ACCA/ACA qualification. You will be an advanced user of Excel and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment. You will be driven, proactive and be able to multitask effectively.
