Our work environment includes: Relaxed atmosphere On-the-job training Company perks Safe work environment Wellness programs This is an exciting opportunity for a newly qualified pharmacist or an experienced pharmacist looking for a new challenge. The successful candidate should ideally have their Independent Prescribing qualification, though this is not essential. Our successful candidate will be coming into a well-established pharmacy and will have an excellent team of dispensers and counter staff around them. Full-Time Candidate 44 hours per week £45,000-£60,000 per year depending on experience 830am-530pm Monday/Tuesday/Thursday/Friday 830am-5pm Wednesday/Saturday Closed on Sunday The successful candidate gets one of the above days off per week. This day can be of their choosing and can also be flexible. This can be discussed in more detail at the interview stage. A 30-minute paid lunch break is given daily as the pharmacy does not close during lunch hours. Experience Previous experience as a Pharmacist is desirable, though not essential. Must be able to work Monday to Saturday as per the shift rota detailed above. Strong attention to detail and organisational skills are essential for managing multiple tasks effectively. Excellent communication skills to interact with patients and healthcare professionals confidently. A commitment to maintaining high standards of patient confidentiality and safety. Responsibilities Provide comprehensive patient care by assessing medication needs and ensuring safe administration of prescriptions. Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with GPhC regulations. Communicate effectively with patients and healthcare professionals to address medication-related inquiries. Demonstrate strong organizational skills to manage inventory and ensure the availability of medications. Utilize knowledge of anatomy to educate patients on medication effects and interactions.
