Role Description
The school is looking to take on a nurturing and enthusiastic Behaviour Support Worker. The successful candidate will be required to effectively help students self-regulate. All students attending the school have an EHCP in place. Behaviour Support Workers will be expected to engage with a wide array of SEN, including ADHD, Autism, Downs syndrome, and Cerebral Palsy. At times, physical intervention may be required, so the ideal Behaviour Support Worker should have up-to-date Team Teach Training. This role is paramount to the day-to-day operation of the school and is vital to re-engaging students with their learning. This is an exciting role where no two days will be the same. Qualifications and Skills
The Successful Behaviour Support Worker will have: TA level 2 or above Ability to employ nurturing strategies In Return
