Assistant Quantity Surveyor - Nottingham Assistant Quantity Surveyor - a leading privately-owned contractor is searching for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join their growing commercial team. This is an excellent opportunity for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to work on prestigious design and build projects across The Midlands region. Requirements: - Experience assisting with sub-contractor variations - Experience working with a building contractor - Experience assisting / dealing with final accounts - Industry related qualification Key Duties: - Take-off to building quantities and produce schedules of works - Formulate Subcontract Tenders - Chair Pre-let meetings and finalising Subcontract Orders - Procurement and managing sub-contract packages - Dealing with variations and valuations - Production of CVRs Key Benefits: - Leading Contractor with excellent order book - Modern approach to flexible working - Genuine progression opportunities - Great training and development Salary & Package: - Great basic salary of 40,000 - 45,000 - Company car or allowance (4,000) - Pension & Healthcare (Including Family) - Performance related bonus To qualify for the higher rate of pay you must be able to demonstrate a track record as an Assistant Quantity Surveyor delivering construction projects ranging from 3m+.
