About the Role As

SDR Manager , you’ll play a pivotal role in driving the success of the company’s sales function. Leading a small but ambitious team, you’ll have the opportunity to

motivate, coach, and scale the team

while implementing

innovative, marketing-led business development strategies . Here’s what you’ll be doing: Leadership : Inspire and guide the SDR team to consistently meet and exceed targets. Strategy : Build a data-driven approach to business development, leveraging the latest tools and analytics. Team Development : Provide 1-1 coaching, mentoring, and support to help the team achieve their goals and progress their careers. Collaboration : Work closely with leadership to align the SDR function with the company’s growth plans.

What We’re Looking For Experience : Proven success in leading an SDR or sales team, ideally within a SaaS or tech environment. Leadership Skills : A motivational leader who knows how to inspire and develop talent. Data-Driven Mindset : Proficient in using KPIs, CRM systems, and analytics to track and enhance performance. Creative Thinking : An innovative thinker who can implement modern, marketing-led sales strategies.
