Key Responsibilities:
Conduct research on database technologies, industry trends, and talent scouting.

Produce concise insight reports and deliver internal technical presentations.
Assist in implementing advanced database technologies into products.
Required Skills:
Strong industry and technical insight capabilities.
Knowledge of foundational software (e.g., databases, systems, compilers).
Business acumen to identify technology applications and value.
Excellent bilingual (Chinese/English) communication and report-writing skills.
