For our Hapimag Resort in Bowness-on-Windermere, we are looking for a highly passionate and dedicated personality to join us as of 1st March 2025 as resort manager. The Hapimag Resort in Bowness-on-Windermere in the Lake District offers 46 fully equipped holiday apartments in an idyllic setting above Lake Windermere. The resort welcomes Hapimag shareholders and members, Timeshare owners of Burnside Park owners club, and hotel guests. What you can expect

Leading and managing the resort and its daily operations with 46 apartments and around 6 team members, along with an external housekeeping company Overall responsibility for the operating profit and quality control Being a passionate and hands-on host to ensure all our guests have a memorable stay Preparing the annual budgets for the timeshare association and Hapimag, and monitoring financial metrics throughout the year Ensuring all legal and health & safety standards while continuously optimizing workflows and processes Ensuring all team members are well trained and continuously developed to Hapimag standards Implementing strategic business objectives and related measures for continuous and sustainable development of the resort offering (i.e., based on guest feedback and member surveys) Attending all timeshare association meetings to represent the interests of Hapimag Planning and implementing yearly refurbishment of apartments What you bring along

Completed education in the hotel or tourism industry, ideally with additional qualification in the hospitality or travel sector Several years of professional experience in an equivalent role, e.g., as General Manager, Deputy or Operations Manager in a resort or aparthotel, including previous work as a department head (room division, front office) Strong passion and high identification towards your profession, our industry, and guest management Great sense of responsibility and quality combined with the ability to think economically as well as to build strong relationships with the resort team Excellent communication skills in English (mother tongue level) and good knowledge of German Personal identification or strong passion for the Lake District as a holiday region, ideally with a strong local network
