Client Services Executive

to join us at Love2shop. This role is the perfect fit for someone looking to kickstart their career within an exciting, ever-changing company. We need someone who has the ability to wow corporate clients with a 5* service while teaming up with the Business Services team (who are good fun!) to work towards hitting KPIs. Main Responsibilities Participate actively in Business Services Team training and development programs Stay sharp with new processes and procedures set by the Head of Business Services Strive for service excellence by hitting objectives outlined by leadership Adapt to and support changes initiated by the Business Support Manager Foster strong collaborations with key teams like Account Managers, Sales, HSV Dispatch, Engage Team, Corporate Accounts, and Card Services Establish and promote respect and highlight the importance of professionalism in the workplace Essential skills required You’re an excellent communicator, able to articulate your ideas clearly and adapt to your audience whether it’s colleagues, clients, or leadership Focused and task-oriented, you know how to prioritise, tackle challenges head-on to get things done Excellent organisational skills, you can juggle multiple responsibilities, keeping things running smoothly Strong collaborator with your team, bringing positive energy to every project and someone your team can depend on Exceptional time management skills, you know how to balance your workload, meet deadlines, and handle pressure like a pro Strong people skills, people feel comfortable coming to you because you’re approachable and understanding You are tech-savvy, with good knowledge of MS Office and attention to detail for creating polished documents Natural problem-solving skills, to help you think creatively and come up with effective solutions You have the ability to stay calm in a fast-paced environment Desirable but not essential Some knowledge of Excel would be a positive Proven experience in Business Support or a relevant role Ready to join the fun?
