As a Partnerships Marketing Executive at Systal, you will play a crucial role in driving success and activating relationships with key customers, strategic partners, technology vendors, and other key stakeholders. This role requires a dynamic individual with strong interpersonal and organisational skills who can foster relationships, deliver impactful marketing initiatives, and ensure customer and partner satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include customer engagement, event coordination, and sourcing customer testimonials and case studies. Key Responsibilities

Serve as the primary marketing contact for customers, ensuring regular communication and engagement. Collaborate with Systal’s Delivery and Sales teams to identify opportunities to showcase customer achievements through testimonials, case studies, and feedback. Build and nurture strong relationships with strategic partners to align marketing efforts with business goals. Work closely with internal stakeholders to leverage partner opportunities for joint campaigns, events, and co-branded content. Partner with Systal’s technology vendors to maximise joint marketing opportunities, co-sponsorships, go-to-market campaigns, and thought leadership opportunities.

Key Requirements

Proven experience in a marketing, customer success, or partnerships role. Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills. Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills. Experience in event planning and delivery. Understanding of B2B marketing and customer advocacy programmes.
